Pinnacle is built on top of the most up-to-date large language models (LLMs). We take extreme care with our client’s data. Here are a few of the core principles we live by:

We don't train our models on customer data.
No customer data is used for training the models of any of our LLM providers.
All data is stored at the user-level, so there is never any risk of leakage across users.

ChatGPT is brilliant but generic. The downside of compiling the world's information is your responses are the lowest common denominator of that knowledge. When it comes to leadership, the devil is in the details: nuance of the individual human dynamics at play in any given situation is what matters.

Protected with custom guardrails: Pascal enables you to define what you want to let employees ask, when to escalate to the people team, and most importantly, what not to respond to. The worst case scenario is a lawsuit when a manager fires their report because "ChatGPT told me I should" (which it will, in addition to giving you the talking points to do so).
