Pinnacle has completed its most recent SOC 2 examination. Here’s what that means for you.

We're pleased to announce the completion of our SOC 2 examination. But what does that mean for us as an organization, and for you as our customer?

At Pinnacle, keeping customer and stakeholder data secure is our top priority. We built our flagship AI coach, Pascal, with core security and privacy principles at the foundation: no chat data is shared, AI is never trained on your data, and there's no risk of data leakage across users. Additionally, anonymized trend reports are only generated with 25+ users, and customizable guardrails help teams manage risk with confidence.

Today, we back these principles with a third-party SOC 2 report, validating our commitment to keeping your data safe. The examination was performed by BARR Advisory, P.A., a global cybersecurity consulting and compliance attestation firm that has served as a trusted advisor to hundreds of cloud-based and hybrid organizations aiming to build trust and resilience through cybersecurity compliance.

The SOC 2 examination evaluated our controls based on the following trust service criteria:

• Security: The system is protected against unauthorized access (both physical and logical).
• Availability: The system is available for operation and use as committed or agreed.
• Confidentiality: Information designated as confidential is protected as committed or agreed.

This SOC 2 examination, along with our GDPR compliance efforts, is part of our ongoing commitment to data security and privacy. These measures ensure that as we continue to innovate and grow, security remains at the core of everything we do.
