To meet this moment, we’re bringing together a group of senior People leaders who have built and scaled organizations through every major transformation of the last two decades. Today, we’re excited to announce the official launch of the Pinnacle Advisory Council.
This council brings together CHROs, CPOs, and senior talent leaders whose experience spans hypergrowth startups, global enterprises, and complex organizational reinventions. Their perspectives are already shaping how we build at Pinnacle and ensuring that Pascal ( our in-workflow AI coach) reflects the real challenges and constraints enterprise leaders face.
This group is an active, working community of operators who are c omparing notes on early AI adoption, sharing what’s working across industries and what’s not, stress-testing new operating models, and helping define the capabilities HR teams will need over the next 24 months.
We’re hosting small, candid roundtables where members can speak openly and challenge emerging ideas. Their insight is directly influencing how we design Pascal and how we support HR leaders navigating AI transformation.
